Saints Chairman and local Economy Board chair Eamonn McManus has given his full backing to the Labour council’s new partnership with English Cities Fund announced last Friday.
Speaking at the launch of the deal, he said he expects it to deliver both “radical improvement” to St Helens town centre and wider transformation across the borough, including the redevelopment of Earlestown town centre.
