Last weekend we marked Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday, joining servicemen and women past and present, community groups, and thousands of residents at services across the borough. Our thanks go to all the organisers.

We are proud of our Labour council’s links with the Armed Forces and proud of our borough’s history and all those who served and those continue to do so.

We will remember them. Lest we forget.
