Our 2022 Report
Our 2022 Report

St Helens Borough Labour Group has today published its end of year report, looking back at its achievements in a very busy, often challenging year.

Taking a look at events month by month, as well as a look ahead at the year to come, the report covers issues from regeneration, jobs and housing to young people, care, and the cost of living emergency.

Council Leader David Baines says: “With no elections for three years it would be easy to just crack on with the job and forget things like this, but we think it’s extremely important to be as clear and accountable as possible with residents and our communities. That’s why – in addition to the regular performance reports that come through the council and which are all publicly available – we want to provide reports such as this, spelling out our work, our priorities and our aims.”

Residents can keep up to date with Labour’s work all year round at www.sthelenslabour.org and on social media at @StHLabour.
