Council leader David Baines has issued the following statement regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine

As a gesture of solidarity and unity with Ukraine, the Steve Prescott Bridge will be lit blue and yellow this weekend and next week the Ukrainian flag will fly above the town hall.
