This weekend is #ukindieday and our Labour council is supporting local independent businesses.
This week Councillor Kate Groucutt, Councillor David Baines and Steve Rotheram have been out talking with just a few of the many great local businesses in the borough.
If you can, this weekend pledge to spend a few quid in a local shop, and then make a habit of it!
