Billinge Labour councillors are working with the community to save the historic Stork Inn after plans were unveiled by developers to demolish the building.

Councillor Dennis McDonnell says: “Thank you to Billinge Residents who have taken part in our Save Our Stork Campaign by putting red ribbons out in our streets – red for the danger of losing the Stork Inn and our heritage to developers. We’ll do everything we can to help save this important part of our local history.”
