Conor McGinn MP says: “The news that Ian Simms has been released from prison this week is absolutely shocking and appalling.
This devastating decision is deeply painful for Marie McCourt and highly insensitive, as we approach the 32nd anniversary of Helen’s death this very weekend.
I’ll be raising this in the House of Commons next week.”
