Today is Small Business Saturday

Our many local independent businesses have had a really difficult year, so let’s support them as much as we can not just today but all through Christmas 
Council Leader David Baines says: “Small businesses are a crucial part of our local economy and we need to do all we can to support them, especially after such a difficult year for them all. We’ve done as much as we can as a council, such as offering support with new licenses and change of business, business grants and advice, and we all need to support them as individuals by giving them as much of our custom as we can this Christmas.”
